About ME

Hello, Lumina here. I am a registered dietitian and nutritionist with a deep respect for the role nutrition plays in shaping our health, energy, and overall wellbeing. My work focuses on bringing clarity and structure to nutrition so that people can better understand their bodies and care for them with confidence. I am naturally more introverted than outspoken, drawn to calm, depth, and consistency. These values shape both the way I live and the way I work. House of Lumina reflects this same philosophy. It is a space built around thoughtful guidance, reliable knowledge, and a steady commitment to long term wellbeing. I find balance in simple, grounding practices such as spending time in nature, moving my body through training, and reading. These habits are closely connected to the way I understand health. Wellbeing is something lived and nurtured over time through attentive care and steady choices.
Our bodies are entrusted to us, and caring for them is both a responsibility and a form of respect. Nourishing the body, listening to its signals, and supporting its needs are quiet, intentional acts that deserve knowledge, patience, and compassion. Through my books, programs, and guides, I share my work with intention and responsibility. I support people facing health challenges as well as those who seek balance, prevention, and a deeper understanding of how to care for their health through nutrition. Dietetic care means caring for the whole person, not only what they eat, but also how they sleep, move, think, and live their daily life. Nutrition is closely linked to these aspects, and working on it helps restore balance beyond meals alone. Health forms the foundation upon which every other aspect of life is built. Nutrition plays a central role in restoring clarity, strength, and balance and my role is to guide you with care and presence, like a steady lighthouse offering direction calmly and thoughtfully.
